What is the Aboitiz College Scholarship?
“Poverty is not an excuse for not getting a good education and realizing one’s dreams and ambitions,” says the Aboitiz Foundation. Our education program aims to bridge the gap between school and work by empowering individuals to create a better future for themselves and their families. Our social impact is measured not only in numbers but also in the quality of lives affected.” This is in addition to their corporate social responsibilities (CSR), which include funding for deserving students’ education.

What are the qualifications for Aboitiz College Scholarship?
To be eligible for the Aboitiz College Scholarship Program 2022-2023, a student should complete the following requirements:
- A full-time incoming freshman of an eligible college or university.
- Pursue a degree identified by Aboitiz Foundation.
- Attain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 88% with no failing and incomplete grade
- Do not have a failing or incomplete grade.
- Not have any record of any form of disciplinary action.
- Must have completed the online application form and submitted the requirements on time.
What are the necessary documentary requirements for Aboitiz Scholarship?
Senior High School Report Card reflecting your third quarter grades or final grades whichever is available:
- Recommendation Letter from the School Principal
- Proof of awards and extra-curricular involvement
What is the degree identified by the Aboitiz Foundation?
- Accounting
- Business/Management/Finance
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Communication or Social Sciences (Psychology, Economics, and Political Science)
PROCESS OF SCREENING AND SELECTION:
- Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. will review applications.
- Shortlisted applicants will be notified of a panel interview to be held by the Aboitiz Foundation, Inc.
- Applicants who pass the interview will take a test administered by a third-party provider.
- Successful candidates will be contacted by phone or email.
